職場体験を行いました
近年、子どもたちが望ましい勤労観、職業観を育む体験活動等の不足が指摘されています。西建産業では、子どもたちの将来に夢や希望を抱き、その実現をめざして職業生活に必要な基礎的な知識や技術・技能の習得への理解や関心、望ましい勤労観、職業観の育成が必要であると考え、積極的に職場体験などの受け入れを行っております。
